01About Me

Hi, I'm ShaRonda!

A licensed nail artist with 12 years and counting of experience, and owner of Boss Nail Studio — my private salon suite for the past 8 years.

Throughout my career I've had the opportunity to work in Los Angeles, Charlotte, Atlanta, and Winston-Salem, gaining experience in luxury salons, spas, Asian-owned salons as well as Black-owned salons and collaborative beauty studios. My journey has allowed me to work with celebrities, influencers, and hundreds of amazing everyday clients who continue to inspire my creativity.

Over the years, I've taken my talents to Los Angeles on three separate occasions, working at The Lash Trap on Slauson Avenue, with my longest stay lasting a month. I've also worked in Charlotte at Rip Lash on multiple occasions, including during CIAA Weekend held in Charlotte. Now currently at Applause Nail Salon for the past three years, as well as participated in a pop-up at the Taliah Waajid Hair Show in Atlanta. Every experience has shaped the artist I am today.

I specialize in all gel applications, sculpted acrylic nails, manicures and pedicures for women and men. Above all, I love creating beautiful nails, building lasting relationships, and giving every client an experience they'll look forward to.

My passion goes beyond nails. I enjoy expressing my creativity while creating a welcoming space where you can relax, be yourself, and leave feeling your absolute best.
